If the control panel on your Swan Nordic Air Cooler is not responding, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure the unit is plugged into a working wall socket and switched on.
- Check that the display is illuminated.
- If the remote control is working but the control panel is not, clean the control panel with a soft, dry cloth and try again.
- Switch the unit off, unplug it from the mains, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
- Ensure there is no moisture or liquid on the control panel, as this may affect the touch controls.
