If your Swan air cooler keeps switching off during use, please carry out the following checks:
- Check that the timer function has not been activated. If the timer is set, the unit will switch off automatically once the selected time has elapsed.
- Ensure the air cooler is placed on a flat, stable surface with enough space around it for ventilation.
- Check that the air inlet and air outlet vents are not blocked by dust or other objects.
- If the unit feels hot, switch it off and allow it to cool before using it again.
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working wall socket.
