If the cooling mode on your Swan air cooler is not working, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure the water tank is filled with water.
- Add the supplied ice packs to the water tank for the best cooling performance.
- Make sure the water tank lock is fully closed. If it is not closed correctly, the water pump will not operate.
- Press the Cooling Mode button on the control panel or remote control. The Cooling indicator light should illuminate when the function is active.
- If the Cooling indicator is flashing and the unit is making repeated sounds, the water tank is low on water.
- Refill the tank and reactivate Cooling Mode.
- If you have completed the checks above and the cooling mode is still not working, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
