If your Swan air cooler is not powering on, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working wall socket.
- Check that the wall socket is switched on (if applicable).
- Try plugging another appliance into the same socket to confirm it is working.
- Ensure the air cooler is switched on using the control panel or remote control.
- Check that the power cord is not damaged or trapped.
- If your appliance has a fused plug, check whether the fuse has blown and replace it with a fuse of the correct rating.
- If you have completed the checks above and your air cooler still has no power, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
