If the fan on your Swan Nordic Air Cooler is not working, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure the unit is switched on.
- Select a fan speed using the Low, Medium or High fan speed setting.
- Check that the timer function has not ended, as the unit will switch off automatically when the timer expires.
- Ensure the air inlet and air outlet are not blocked by dust or other objects.
- Switch the unit off, unplug it from the mains, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
