If your Swan Nordic Air Cooler is running but is not cooling the room as expected, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure Cooling Mode is switched on.
- Check that the water tank is filled with cold water.
- Add the supplied ice packs to the water tank for improved cooling performance.
- Ensure the water tank lock is fully closed so the water pump can operate correctly.
- Position the air cooler in a well-ventilated room with a door or window slightly open for the best cooling performance.
- Make sure the air inlet and air outlet are not blocked.
- Ensure the air cooler is positioned away from walls or furniture to allow good airflow.
Please note:
- The Swan Nordic Air Cooler is designed to circulate cooler air and provide personal cooling.
- It is not an air conditioner and will not reduce the temperature of an entire room in the same way as an air conditioning unit.
