If the handle on your pot or pan is loose or damaged, please carry out the following checks:
- Check the handle fixing points and screws for any signs of looseness, rust or damage.
- If the handle is loose, carefully tighten the fixing screws if possible.
- Do not use the cookware if the handle is cracked, broken, or feels unsafe.
- Do not use the cookware if rust has weakened the handle fixing or caused the handle to become unstable.
- Check the handle and surrounding area for any signs of damage or excessive wear.
Important:
Rust or damage caused by general wear and tear, incorrect care or exposure to moisture may not be covered under warranty.
