Rust on Pots and Pans

If you have noticed rust on your pots or pans, please carry out the following checks:

  1. Check where the rust has appeared and whether it is surface rust or damage to the cookware.
  2. Avoid leaving pots or pans soaking in water for long periods, as this can contribute to rust forming.
  3. Ensure the cookware is dried thoroughly after washing before storing.
  4. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or harsh scourers, as these can damage the surface.
  5. Follow the care instructions provided with your cookware to help prevent rust and maintain performance.
     

Important:
Rust caused by incorrect care, moisture exposure or general wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
