Air Fryer is not heating

If your air fryer is switched on but is not heating, please carry out the following checks:

  1. Ensure the air fryer is set to a cooking temperature and the timer has been selected.
  2. Check that the drawer or basket is correctly inserted, as some models will not operate if it is not fitted correctly.
  3. Switch the air fryer off, unplug it from the mains and allow it to cool fully before checking the heating element.
  4. Check the heating element for any build-up of grease, food residue or debris.
  5. Clean any grease or debris from the heating element area using a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the appliance is completely dry before use.
  6. Ensure the air fryer is not overloaded, as this can affect cooking performance.
