If your Swan Crossover Floor Cleaner is not running for as long as expected, please carry out the following checks:
- Before first use, fully charge the floor cleaner.
- Charge the battery for the recommended charging time of 3–4 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger. Do not leave the appliance connected to the charger for extended periods.
- The floor cleaner provides a runtime of up to 30–56 minutes, depending on the cleaning mode selected and the surface being cleaned.
- Using higher power modes or cleaning heavily soiled surfaces may reduce the battery runtime.
- Ensure the charging contacts are clean and free from dust or debris.
- If you have completed the checks above and the battery life is still significantly shorter than the expected runtime, a replacement battery can be purchased via our website.
