If your Swan floor cleaner's water tank is leaking, please carry out the following checks:
- Check the tank is fitted correctly: Make sure the water tank is fully pushed into the cleaner and securely in place.
- Inspect the seal: Ensure the seal is fitted correctly and sitting securely.
- Check for seal damage: Look for signs of wear, cracks or distortion. A damaged seal may need replacing.
- Inspect the water tank: Check for cracks or any visible signs of damage.
Is it still leaking?
If the water tank is cracked or damaged, it will need to be replaced. Replacement water tanks are available to purchase through the Swan website.
If the tank and seal appear to be in good condition but the leak continues, please contact Swan Customer Support for further assistance.
