If your Swan Crossover displays a message asking you to fill the clean water tank when it already contains water, the water level may be too low to activate the tank sensor.
To resolve this, reset your Crossover:
- Remove the clean water tank.
- Switch on the cleaner and press the trigger to release any residual water in the pipes.
- Press and hold the Power and ECO/MAX buttons on the handle together for 5 seconds, until the ring around the display panel flashes.
- Reinsert the clean water tank.
Your Crossover should now be reset and ready to use.
