If one side of your dual air fryer is not heating, please check the following:
- Ensure the affected drawer is fully inserted and correctly positioned.
- Check that the correct cooking programme and temperature have been selected for the affected side.
- Ensure the air fryer is switched on and the affected side has been activated.
- Check the drawer and heating area for any food debris or grease build-up that could be affecting the appliance.
- Switch the air fryer off, unplug it from the mains and allow it to cool completely before checking the appliance.
- Reconnect the air fryer and try using the affected side again.
If the affected side is still not heating after completing these checks, and the product is within its warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
