After cooking a rotisserie chicken, it is important to clean your air fryer thoroughly to remove grease, fat and food residue.
- Switch off and unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the rotisserie accessories, basket and drawer from the air fryer.
- Empty any excess fat or grease from the drawer once it has cooled.
- Wash the removable parts with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Check the inside of the air fryer and heating element for any grease or food residue.
- Wipe the inside of the air fryer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and using the air fryer again.
Important: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers, as these may damage the surface of the air fryer.
