- Check the water tank: Make sure it has not been overfilled. Only fill it to the maximum level indicated.
- Check the tank is fitted correctly: Ensure the water tank is securely positioned and properly closed.
- Check the attachments: Make sure all attachments are correctly fitted and securely connected.
- Use the correct position: Always operate the steam cleaner in the upright position, as recommended in your user manual.
Safety note: If water continues to leak, switch off and unplug the cleaner. Allow it to cool completely before carrying out further checks.
