If the cooling function on your Swan SAC16800 Air Cooler stops during use, please check the following:
- Ensure the water tank has enough water. The cooling function requires sufficient water for the water pump to operate.
- Check that the water tank is correctly fitted and the water tank lock is securely closed.
- Ensure the cooling function has been selected and the cooling indicator is showing.
- If using ice packs, make sure they are fully frozen before placing them in the water tank.
- Check the water tank and pump area for any blockages or debris.
- If the cooling function stops because the water level is too low, refill the water tank and restart the cooling function.
If the cooling function continues to cut out despite having sufficient water and the water tank being correctly fitted, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
