If water is collecting under the vegetable drawer, this is usually caused by a blocked defrost drain hole. The drain hole is located at the back of the fridge interior near the bottom. Gently clear the drain hole using the supplied cleaning tool or a suitable object to remove any blockage and allow water to drain properly.
