If your Swan Alexa Smart Kettle is not working or not responding, this is usually due to a connection, setup, or maintenance issue. Before contacting support, check the following:
1. Check power – Make sure the kettle is plugged in, switched on, and has enough water inside.
2. Check Wi-Fi connection – Ensure the kettle is connected to a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and is within range of your router.
3. Check the Swan app – Open the Swan app to confirm the kettle is online and responding.
4. Check Alexa connection – Make sure the Swan Kettle skill is enabled and your device is linked correctly in the Alexa app.
5. Restart the kettle and router – Turn both off and back on to refresh the connection.
6. Reset the kettle if needed – Reconnect it using the Swan app and relink it to Alexa.
7. Check for limescale or low water – If the kettle is not heating properly, descale it and ensure the water level is correct.
In most cases, these steps will restore normal operation. If the issue continues, please contact Customer Support.
